How long does it take to see a Culture Score?+

Most clients see a benchmarked Enterprise Culture Score within two weeks of connecting their data — no new surveys required for an initial baseline.

Do we have to use TE Marketplace partners?+

No. The Marketplace is there when your score points to a dimension you want to raise. Every partner is vetted and mapped to specific Culture Score dimensions, but you can engage as few or as many as you like.
